Your God Story

Your life is a God story. Whether you believe in Him or not. King Solomon wisely observed, "He [God] has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." Deep inside every human being is the knowledge that there is more to life than what we see. "Something wild calls us home," say the lyrics in the song, Something Wild. They express this deep longing of the human heart. The Good News is that you can know the God who calls you home.

I Formed You in the Womb

God has taken the first step towards a relationship with you—He made you. King David wrote, "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb."


Before you were born, God knew you. Sin twisted your nature and put a barrier between you and God. But because of His great love for you, He's made the Way for you to come home. Through Jesus, God's Son, you can be reconciled to the One who made you!


The same God who created the heavens and earth, who puts the stars and galaxies in motion, wants to share His life with you. A prophet named Jeremiah, speaking on God's behalf, said, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

A Kingdom of Light

Five years after Jesus rose from the dead, he appeared to the Apostle Paul. He gave Paul this assignment: "Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen and will see of me. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me."


That is the power of the Good News. Jesus didn't come to give you religion - he came to transform you into a son of God, a child of light. If you don't know Jesus, the next chapter of your God Story begins with you encountering the One Who died to save you.

Jesus Changed My Life

My dear friend,


No matter where you've been. No matter what you've done. You can open a new chapter in your God Story. Jesus changed my life. He's changed the lives of millions of people on the earth today; He's changed the lives of millions of people through the centuries. For me, it started with a simple prayer in a drunk tank in jail, "God, if you're out there and you can make anything out of my life, you can have it." Jesus continues to change me 43 years later.


He can change your life, too. Here's God's invitation to you: " Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me." Jesus also said, "Behold, I make all this new." You can have a new beginning.
